Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least 2 years of hands-on practice as a BCBA. The successful candidate will conduct intakes, oversee ABA
programs, supervise therapists, and ensure effective and ethical treatment outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and skill assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Oversee program implementation and ensure consistency and quality of treatment.
• Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and
therapists.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client success.
• Maintain ethical standards and comply with BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a
related field.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience practicing as a BCBA.
• Strong skills in conducting assessments and intakes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• A genuine passion for working with children and individuals with developmental needs.
